Assistance with General Conformity Certificates and Third-Party Testing
Our specialized services include support for: Identifying applicable CPSC requirements for your product, developing a reasonable testing program, and assisting with set-up for your General Conformity Certificate program.
Third-party testing is required for consumer products designed or primarily used by children aged 12 years or younger. While toys are clearly intended for children, it is less clear which non-toy products will need to be considered for third-party testing. Using our age grading and consumer product experience, we can guide you to the appropriate classification of your product and which third-party tests are required. As an accredited laboratory, we can also provide the third-party testing documentation required by CPSIA for all toy, juvenile and children's products.
